- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Measure voltage between SIG RTN circuit in the Data Link Connector and battery negative post.

- Is voltage greater than 0.5 volt?

Yes -- Go to X3. X3 - Ground Fault Isolation

No -- Go to X6. X6 - Measure Voltage and Ground to CCRM
