DESCRIPTION
Hydraulic brakes are standard equipment on all vehicles.
Hydraulic rear drum brakes on all vehicles use automatic rear brake shoe adjusters. Front disc brakes are self-adjusting. On all vehicles, the brake master cylinder (2140) is assisted by a power brake booster (2005).
CONSTRUCTION
The vehicles are equipped with a pedal actuated dual brake system. The system consists of the following:
^ Power brake booster (2005)
^ Brake master cylinder (2140)
^ Brake pressure control valves
^ Brake tubes and hoses
^ Anti-lock brake system (ABS) components
