- Key "OFF".

- Pusher Fan Control (PFC) relay disconnected.

- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.

- Measure resistance between the PFC relay vehicle harness connector and test pin 34 at the breakout box.

- Is resistance less then 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Replace PCM. Reconnect PFC relay. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)

No -- Service open circuit. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
