1. From the fully stowed position, attempt to pull webbing out of the shoulder belt retractor.
2. If OK, withdraw lap belt webbing and buckle up while sitting in seat. Repeat five times to obtain proper operation. If not OK, replace the front safety belt.
3. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
