- Key "OFF".

- Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) disconnected.

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) power relay.

EEC-IV Power Relay Connector:






- Measure resistance between Pin 13 at the CCRM vehicle harness connector and the VPWR circuit at the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) power relay vehicle harness connector.

- Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Reconnect PCM power relay. Go to X73. X73 - Check Continuity of Fuel Pump Circuit

No -- Service open in VPWR circuit between PCM power relay and CCRM. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
