- Disconnect Pusher Fan Control (PFC) Relay.

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Is the pusher fan still on?

Yes -- Key "OFF". Service short to power on Power-To-Pusher Fan circuit. Reconnect PFC relay. Re-evaluate symptom.

No -- Key "OFF". Replace PFC relay. Re-evaluate symptom.
