- Key "OFF".
- Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
- Disconnect EGR Temperature (EGRT) sensor.
- Connect a jumper wire between EGRT circuit and SIG RTN circuit at the EGRT sensor vehicle harness connector.
- Start engine and run for at least two minutes.
- Turn engine "OFF" and rerun Key On Engine Off (KOEO) Self-Test.
- Is Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 327 present?
Yes -- Replace EGRT sensor. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
No -- Remove jumper. Go to DB8. DB8 - Check Continuity of Harness Circuits
