Triggering System
Alarm will be activated when any of the following actions occur with alarm armed:
- Any door is opened without first using key or remote transmitter.
- Liftgate lock cylinder is removed.
- Ignition switch is tampered with.
Within 2-4 minutes, horns and lights will shut off automatically. System will then reset to an armed state and will trigger again if another intrusion occurs. Vehicle starting system will remain disabled until system is disarmed.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
