Abs Quick Check Chart
Ensure resistance exists between terminal No. 1 and ground, or invalid results may occur. Incorrect results indicate wiring or component failure. See PINPOINT TESTS using PINPOINT TEST TROUBLE CODE INDEXΒ for compete diagnostic procedures before replacing component.
When testing wheel speed sensor output, measure frequency and voltage. Result of voltage divided by frequency will not change with wheel speed. Take both measurements at same wheel speed.
Specification given is for Explorer. Bronco sensor output specification for all wheels is 3.4 mV/Hz or greater.

When to See a Mechanic
