1993 Ford Bronco 5.0 N, Automatic, E4ODSECTION Code Retrieval Equipment Hookup
  1. Verify ABS warning light is on, indicating a malfunction. Turn ignition off. If using a Super Star II Tester, go to next step. If using a 12-volt test light, go to step 3). If Super Star II Tester or 12-volt test light are unavailable, go to step 4).
  2. Using Super Star II Tester, connect tester to Red ABS data link connector located near ECU. Turn tester power on, and put HOLD/TEST button in TEST position. Go to step 5).
  3. Using a 12-volt test light, connect test light between Red ABS data link connector terminal "C" (Dark Green wire) and terminal "E" (Black wire). Go to step 5).
  4. Connect a jumper wire between Red ABS data link connector terminal "B" (Black/Light Blue wire) and terminal "E" (Black wire). Go to next step.
  5. Verify test equipment is hooked up properly. After verifying equipment hook up, go to RETRIEVE ABS TROUBLE CODESΒ  .
