1991 Ford Taurus L, 4D Sedan, 3.8 4SECTION Air Bag Deactivation Disabling System
  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Open glove box past stops (press in sides). Disconnect back-up power supply connector (Blue box, one connector).
  2. Remove 4 nuts and washers retaining air bag module to steering wheel. Disconnect air bag module connector. Attach jumper wire between air bag terminals (Gray/Orange and Gray/White wires) on clockspring. Connect back-up power supply and negative battery cable.
