Pinpoint Test B3: Circuit Continuity

1991 Ford Probe GL, StandardSECTION Pinpoint Test B3: Circuit Continuity

Leave VAPS control module connector disconnected. Disconnect ignition coil connector (single wire on non-turbo model or 4-wire connector on turbo models). Set VOM on 200-ohm scale. Measure resistance between Yellow/Blue wires at coil connector and VAPS control module connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, proceed to PINPOINT TEST B4Β  . If resistance is NOT as specified, service wire in question for open between coil and module.
