1991 Ford Cutaway 5.8 H, C6SECTION Test 26, Isolate EEC-IV Processor (ECA) From Pip Circuit

With key off, reconnect diagnostic cable connector to DIS module (Pins No. 1-6). See Figure. Disconnect ECA. Crank engine. If test light does not blink continuously, go to next test. If test light blinks continuously, replace ECA. Check for fault codes. If vehicle still does not start, go to next test.
