Actuator Motor
1991 Ford Cutaway 5.8 H, C6SECTION Actuator Motor
- Apply 12 volts directly to one terminal of actuator motor connector. Ground other terminal. Motor should complete its travel in less than one second.
- Reverse connections to check opposite travel. Measure current draw with an ammeter. Motor current draw (stall test) should not exceed 6.2 amps. Reverse power and ground leads. Retest opposite side.
