1991 Ford Cutaway 5.8 H, C6SECTION Actuator Motor
  1. Apply 12 volts directly to one terminal of actuator motor connector. Ground other terminal. Motor should complete its travel in less than one second.
  2. Reverse connections to check opposite travel. Measure current draw with an ammeter. Motor current draw (stall test) should not exceed 6.2 amps. Reverse power and ground leads. Retest opposite side.
