IGNITION COILS

Wipe coil towers with a clean dampened cloth (soap & water only). After removing any soap film and drying with compressed air, inspect coils for cracks, dirt, and carbon tracks.

SPARK PLUG WIRES

Prior to inspection, wipe wires clean with damp cloth. While inspecting wires for visible damage such as cuts, cracks, pinches, or torn boots, take care not to remove high tension wires from the spark plugs or coils. Replace damaged wires as necessary.
