This Updated Revised Torque Specification "Torque Plus Angle" Procedure can be found in TSB# 94-6-4, dated March 23, 1994.
New Design Cylinder Head Torque Specification "Torque Plus Angle" Procedure
Note: The New Design Cylinder Head Gasket and Bolts are different from the production and previously designed parts. Because of this difference, the New Head Bolts are the ONLY bolts that can be used with the New Head Gasket.
Step 1
Note: Tighten Cylinder Head Bolts in sequence.
70 Newton Meter (Nm)

Note: Retighten Cylinder Head Bolts in sequence.
70 Newton Meter (Nm)

Note: Tighten Cylinder Head Bolts in sequence.
90-100 Degrees
