Removal
1. Remove distributor as described under ``Distributor, Replace.''
2. Remove 2 module attaching screws, Fig. 9.
3. Slide right side of module down distributor mounting flange, then back up to disengage module terminals from connector in distributor base. Remove module from distributor. Do not attempt to remove module before moving toward distributor flange, as connector pins will be damaged.





Installation
1. Apply a 1/32 inch coating of silicone grease D7ZA-19A331-A or equivalent to metal base of module.
2. Position module on distributor mounting flange.
3. Carefully position module toward distributor base to securely engage the 3 distributor connector pins.
4. Install 2 module attaching screws.
5. Install distributor as described under ``Distributor, Replace.''
