  1. Check for incorrect fuel pressure. Check fuel pressure regulator.
  2. Check intake manifold or fuel charging assembly gaskets for leakage. Replace leaking gaskets as needed.
  3. Check for faulty TPS or coolant temperature sensor. Check injectors for leakage or improper operation. Check injector "O" ring seal for leakage. Check for proper ISC operation, and repair as necessary.
