1987 Ford Cutaway 7.5 LSECTION Dynamic Response Check

The Dynamic Response Check verifies movement of the TPS and MAP sensors during wide open throttle (WOT) as part of the ENGINE RUNNING SELF-TEST. The signal to perform WOT is a single pulse (1) when using a VOM or code 10 on STAR tester. Briefly accelerate engine to WOT for one second.
