The ECA is a solid state micro-computer consisting of a processor assembly and a calibration assembly. The ECA is located in the passenger compartment under the instrument panel except for Mustang/Capri where it is under the passenger seat. The ECA is the "brain" of the EEC-IV/CFI system.
