Accelerating Pump Lever: Notes
Make certain roll pin installed in lower "HI" position in pump lever (see Fig 1) and see that throttle valve completely closed. Insert gauge or drill rod of specified size (see "Specifications "), between roll pin and pump cover surface. Bend pump actuating rod as necessary to obtain this clearance between roll pin and pump cover. Then adjust vent valve.
