Entering On-Board Diagnostics (Using DRB-II): Notes

  1. Before entering on-board diagnostics, refer to PRETEST INSPECTIONΒ  . Turn ignition off. Attach Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) cartridge to DRB-II. Connect DRB-II to diagnostic connector. Diagnostic connector is located next to junction block, above left kick panel. See Figure .
  2. Ensure all accessories are off. Turn ignition on. All character positions will illuminate and copyright information will appear on screen for a few seconds. Display will then change to DRB-II menu.
  3. If DRB-II displays an error message, refer to DRB-II ERROR SCREENS. The following DRB-II modes can be accessed from DRB-II menu: VEHICLES TESTED, HOW TO USE, CONFIGURE and SELECT SYSTEM.

When to See a Mechanic
