Vehicle Speed Sensor
1992 Eagle Talon TSi, FWD, StandardSECTION Vehicle Speed Sensor
- Vehicle speed sensor is located in speedometer. See Fig 1. Connect ohmmeter across reed switch terminals and rotate speedometer cable. See Fig 2.
- Ohmmeter reading should fluctuate between continuity and no continuity when speedometer is rotated. Replace vehicle speed sensor if it does not test as described.
