Disassembly (F4A20 Series)

1990 Eagle Summit Base, StandardSECTION Disassembly (F4A20 Series)
  1. Remove solenoid valves and manual valve. Remove valve stopper and clamp. Remove 13 bolts and remove lower valve body.
  2. Remove separator plate from intermediate plate. Remove relief spring, 2 steel balls and oil filter from intermediate plate.
  3. Remove 8 bolts, and remove intermediate plate and upper separating plate. Remove 3 steel balls, Teflon ball and 2 stopper plates from upper valve body. See Figure . Remove valves, springs and plugs as shown in Figure .
