This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Thermal system relay enabled.
- No HV Battery Pack Inlet Temperature Sensor DTCs set.
- Thermal System is in active heating mode.
- HV Battery cell temperature is below a calibrated value.
- The Electric A/C Compressor (EAC) Speed is greater than a calibrated value.
- The Electric Coolant Heater is requested ON.
- The Electric Coolant Heater power limit is above a calibrated value.
- The target temperature of the electric coolant heater is above a calibrated threshold.
