Faults Monitoring Conditions Set Conditions Possible Causes
Hybrid Battery Pack Current Sensor 1 - (Hall Effect Sensor) Circuit - (P0AC0), (P0AC1), (P0AC2)
  1. (P0AC0) - This diagnostic is run periodically when the contactors are open
  2. (P0AC1), (P0AC2) - This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor 1 (Hall Effect) wiring or connections
  2. Current sensor
Hybrid Battery Pack Current Sensor 2 - (Shunt Sensor) Circuit - (P0B0F), (P0B10), (P0B11)
  1. (P0B0F) - This diagnostic is run periodically when the contactors are open
  2. (P0B10), (P0B11) - This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor 2 (Shunt) wiring or connections
  2. Current sensor
Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Current Sensor 1/2 Correlation - (P0B13)
  1. This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor wiring or connections
  2. Both current sensors failed
Battery Current Sensor - (P1E15)
  1. This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor 1 - (Hall Effect Sensor) wiring or connections
  2. Current sensor
Hybrid/EV Battery System Current Unstable - (P0D35)
  1. This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor wiring or connections
  2. Both current sensors failed
Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Current Sensor - (U064A)
  1. This diagnostic is run continuously with the ignition on
This DTC will set if the Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) detects a fault with internal current sensors
  1. Sensor wiring or connections
  2. Current sensor A - (Hall Effect Sensor)

Default Actions:Β 

  • The BEV Service Lamp will illuminate.

On vehicles equipped with the high voltage system, you must thoroughly read and follow all High Voltage Safety procedures.
