This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- Vehicle is started and driven between 32 and 88.5 km/h (20 and 55 mph).
- The Throttle open for a minimum of 120 seconds.
- Coolant temperature greater than 70°C (158°F).
- Catalytic Converter Temp greater than 600° C (1112°F).
- Evap Purge is active.
