NOTE:
Do not reuse the old Short Runner Valve (SRV) actuator O-Ring seal (1).
- Install a new
SRV actuator rubber O-Ring seal (1).
- Install the SRV actuator (2). Tighten bolts (1) to the proper specifications. Refer to FUEL INJECTION, TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the intake manifold. Refer to: 5.7L, MANIFOLD, INTAKE, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
