Insulator, Engine Mount, Left: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the cowl extension silencer. Refer to SILENCER, COWL EXTENSION, REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the bolts (1) and the engine mount heat shield from both the left and right engine mounts.

  4. Remove both the left and right engine mount nuts (1).

  5. Place a high stand under the oil pan and lift the engine off the engine mount isolator stud.
  6. Remove the two bolts (1) from the left engine mount isolator.

  7. Remove the left engine mount isolator from the vehicle.
  8. If required, remove the four bolts (1) and the left engine mount bracket from the vehicle.
