- Thoroughly clean the cylinder block core hole and the block heater seat.
- Insert the block heater assembly (2) into the block.
- With the block heater fully seated, tighten the bolt (3) to the proper specifications. Refer to : TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GASΒ .
- Connect the power cord to the block heater (2).
