- Thoroughly clean the cylinder block heater cavity and seat.
- Install the block heater (1) and tighten the fastener (2) to the proper specifications. Refer to : TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS GASΒ .
- Attach the power cord plug to the block heater.
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to: cooling system, STANDARD PROCEDUREΒ .
- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to: 3.6L ENGINE, COMPRESSOR, A/C, INSTALLATION .
