The midline model of the IGNM has the RKE feature. The Key Fob uses Radio Frequency (RF) signals to communicate with the Radio Frequency Hub (RFH) and the RFH relays the RKE requests to other modules in the vehicle over the Controller Area Network (CAN) data bus.
