2024 Dodge and Ram 1500 TRXSECTION Installation

- Connect the wire harness connector to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module.
- Position the HVAC module to the instrument panel, through the glove box opening and engage the module retaining screws to the slots on instrument panel.
- Tighten the two screws (1) that secure the HVAC module (2) to the instrument panel to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.).
- Install the glove box. Refer to GLOVE BOX, INSTRUMENT PANEL, INSTALLATION .
- Install the right side instrument panel end cap.
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
- Initiate the Actuator Calibration function using a scan tool. Refer to HVAC VERIFICATION TEST .
