Module, Anti-Lock Brake System (Abs): Description
The Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) (1) consists of a valve body, pump motor, and inlet/outlets for the brake lines. The combined HCU and Antilock Brake System (ABS) module is located forward of the master cylinder, under the engine air box.
The Anti-lock Brake Module (ABM) (1) is mounted to the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) (2) and operates the ABS system.
