Wireless Charging Pad Module
2024 Dodge and Ram 1500 TRXSECTION Wireless Charging Pad Module

REMOVAL
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM, 3.0L & 5.7L EZH or BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - ETORQUE SYSTEM, 3.6L & 5.7L EZL or BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM, 6.2L .
- Remove the floor console fasteners. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
and/or CONSOLE, FLOOR, END CAP, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Position the floor console away from the center stack.
- Disconnect the floor console wire harness connectors (1).
- Remove the wire harness retainer (1).
- Remove the fasteners (1) securing the floor console side trim (2) and remove the trim panels by gently prying up with a trim stick or suitable tool.
- Remove the fasteners (1) securing the floor console front bin.
- Remove the fasteners (1) securing the CD player.
- Disconnect the CD player wire harness connector (1).
- Disconnect the media hub wire harness connectors (1).
- Lift the floor console front bin out of the console enough to disconnect the wireless charging pad wire harness connector (1).
- With the front bin lifted, disconnect the 115V outlet wire harness connector (1) and remove the front bin from the floor console.
- Remove the fasteners (1) and the wireless charging pad module from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
- Position the wireless charging pad module into the vehicle.
- Install and securely tighten the fasteners.
- Install the console front bin and connect the 115V wire harness connector.
- Connect the wireless charging pad wire harness connector.
- Connect the media hub wire harness connectors.
- Connect the CD player wire harness connector.
- Install and securely tighten the CD player fasteners.
- Install and securely tighten the console front bin fasteners.
- Install the console trim and install and securely tighten the fasteners.
- Connect the front console wire harness connectors.
- Install the wire harness retainer.
- Install the floor console. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION and/or CONSOLE, FLOOR, END CAP, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable(s). Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM, 3.0L & 5.7L EZH or BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - ETORQUE SYSTEM, 3.6L & 5.7L EZL or BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT - SINGLE 12V BATTERY SYSTEM, 6.2L .
