  1. CONFIRM THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DEVICE TO THE VEHICLES MULTI-MEDIA SYSTEM

      Is the customer's personal device compatible to the vehicles multi-media system?

      Yes 

      • Go To  2

      No 

      • The customer's device is not compatible with the vehicles multi-media system.
      • Check the customer's device for related updates and support.
  2. FUNCTIONALITY TESTS FOR THE MULTI-MEDIA SYSTEMS USING A KNOWN GOOD COMPATIBLE SMART PHONE 
    1. Turn the ignition on.
      NOTE:

      The following are required to proceed with testing:

      • Confirmation of a compatible smart phone from the website http://www.driveuconnect.com
      • The use of a known good compatible smart phone and cable. The known good compatible smart phone will be referred to as "Test Phone A  ".
