Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation
2023 Dodge and Ram ProMaster 3500 Van Cargo ExtendedSECTION Installation
NOTE:
Be sure the air seal is in position before radiator is installed. Slide radiator down into position. Seat the radiator with the rubber isolators into the mounting holes provided, with a 10 lbs. force.
- Position the radiator into the lower supports.
- Position the air conditioning condenser onto the radiator lower mounts and engage the upper mounting tabs.
- Connect the lower radiator hose.
- Install both upper radiator mounting brackets.
- Install the air deflector (1) and tighten the bolts (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Attach the transmission cooler to the radiator and engage the tabs that secure it.
- Install the cooling. Refer to FAN, COOLING, INSTALLATION .
