Module, Comfort Seat And Wheel (CSWM): Removal
2023 Dodge and Ram Durango GT, RWDSECTION Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the fasteners that secure the front passenger seat to the body and tip the seat rearward to gain access to the underneath of the seat. Refer to SEAT, FRONT, REMOVAL
.
- Remove the bolts (1) that secure the bracket (2) containing the Comfort Seat and Wheel Module (CSWM) (3) to the underside of the seat cushion frame (4).
- Disengage the metal bracket retaining tab (5) from the underside of the seat cushion frame.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors (1, 2 and 5) from the (CSWM) (4).
- Disengage the retaining tab (3) from the bracket (7).
- Tip the inboard end of the CSWM upward to disengage the retaining tabs (6) from the bracket and remove the CSWM.
