In/Out Adjustment
2023 Dodge and Ram Durango GT Premium, RWDSECTION In/Out Adjustment
- Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, remove the upper rear headliner trim (2).
- For the upper liftgate adjustments, loosen the six hinge to header fasteners (2 and 3) and adjust to specifications. Refer to GAP AND FLUSH, SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Tighten the hinge bolts to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- For the lower liftgate adjustments, remove liftgate scuff trim. Refer to PLATE, SCUFF, LIFTGATE, INSTALLATION .
- Loosen the striker screws (2) and adjust the liftgate to specifications. Refer to GAP AND FLUSH, SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Tighten the striker screws to the proper specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Position the upper rear headliner trim and seat fully.
- Position liftgate scuff plate trim and seat fully.
