Trailer Interface Control Module (TIM)

The Trailer Interface Module (TIM) is primarily used as a gateway between the TTPM and the vehicles CAN-C network. The TIM isolates the vehicle CAN bus from the private TTPM CAN, in a case where vehicle damage may cause a short. The TIM can be flashed over the CAN bus using normal diagnostic tools connected to the vehicle's diagnostic connector.

When to See a Mechanic
