Module Programming - BPCM
The Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) is flash programmable. The flash update should be performed when a software update is available or the PPU is replaced.
- The ignition state needs to be transitioned to OFF
for at least 30 seconds prior to flashing the BPCM.NOTE:
This allows the BPCM contactor to be commanded open. If the ignition state is cycled to fast, a precondition warning can happen and this will prevent the flash programming procedure from completing.
- Transition the ignition to RUN .
- Start the flash update procedure for the BPCM.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
