NOTE:
The blind spot module mounting brackets are bonded to, and integral to, the back side of the rear bumper fascia.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the rear bumper fascia from the vehicle. Refer to FASCIA, REAR, REMOVAL
.
- From the back of the rear fascia, disconnect the wiring harness connector (2) from the blind spot module.
- Remove the screw (1) from the right rearward blind spot module boss location.
- Slide the blind spot module (1) out of the mounting bracket.
