Module, Active Damping Control (ADCM): Removal

  1. Position the left front seat to its full forward position.
  2. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  3. From behind/under the left front seat, remove the cover panel from the electronic module tub (4) to access the Active Damping Control Module (ADCM) (2).
  4. Release the integral latches that secure the ADCM (2) to the mounting bracket and slide the module upward to remove it from the mounting bracket.
  5. Disconnect the ADCM wire harness connectors.
