  1. Position the HVAC module to the HVAC housing.
  2. Install the two screws (2) that secure the HVAC module to the HVAC housing and tighten securely.
  3. Connect the wire harness connectors (1) to the HVAC module.
  4. Install the passenger side instrument panel silencer.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
  6. Initiate the Actuator Calibration function using a scan tool. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX .
