Set Condition
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the throttle plate is stuck during extremely cold ambient temperature operation. The PCM will initiate a throttle de-icing procedure, and if the throttle blade still doesn't move, this DTC will set. The MIL will not illuminate. The vehicle will be in Limp home condition, limiting RPM and vehicle speed.

When to See a Mechanic
