Diagnostic Test

  1. VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE 
    1. Turn the ignition on.
    2. With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.

      Does the scan tool display; U0140-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH BODY CONTROL MODULE as active?

      Yes 

      • Refer to  DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING  and perform the NO RESPONSE FROM BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE) diagnostic procedure.

      No 

      • Refer to  DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING  and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
