Radiator - Removal
2011 Dodge and Ram Journey R/T, AWDSECTION Radiator - Removal
- Disconnect negative cable.
- Remove engine cover.
- Remove air intake assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL or BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL
- Evacuate the A/C system. Refer to PLUMBING, FRONT, STANDARD PROCEDURE
.WARNING:
Do not remove pressure cap or any hose with the system hot and under pressure because serious burns from coolant can occur.
- Drain cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDUREΒ .
- Remove the front bumper facia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the horn connectors.
- Remove the bolt (1) holding the horn assembly (2) to the upper core support.
- Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.
- Remove the A/C line nuts (2) at the A/C condenser.
