  1. Clean block core hole and heater seat.
  2. Insert heater block (1) assembly.
  3. With block heater seated, tighten screw (2) to 12N.M (106 in.lbs.) to assure a positive seal.
  4. Install power cord plug to block heater (1).
  5. Fill cooling system with coolant to the proper level. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDUREΒ .

  6. Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, INSTALLATION .
