INSTALLATION
1. Wipe seal area of tank clean and install a new O-ring seal to fuel tank.
2. Connect fuel line between fuel pump module (1) and fuel level unit (2), if equipped with AWD.
3. Install fuel pump module to fuel tank.
4. Position fuel pump module into fuel tank, line up module with mark made during removal procedure. Install fuel pump module lock using SAE Fuel Pump Lock Ring Wrench 9340. Tighten until the lockring and fuel pump module is fully seated.
5. Connect fuel line (3) to fuel pump module (1).
6. Connect the electrical connector (2).
7. Connect the battery cable.
8. Fill fuel tank. Use the scan tool to pressurize the fuel system. Check for leaks.
