Removal & Installation (Intrepid)
Disconnect battery terminals. Raise and support vehicle. Remove left headlight assembly. Remove 4 mounting bolts and remove reservoir. Disconnect electrical connectors from reservoir pump and level sensor. See Figure . Disconnect washer hose, and block outlet to prevent leakage. Pull filler tube from rear of washer reservoir. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten reservoir retaining nuts and screw to 80-124 INCH lbs. (9-14 N.m).
